IN THE COUNTY OF SOMERSET

Petty Sessional Division of TEMPLE CLOUD.

TO: The Chairman of the Parish Council of Paulton in the said County.

The Clerk of the Licensing Justices of the Division of Temple Cloud the said County.

The Superintendent of the Police of the District of Frome in the said County.

And to all whom it may concern.

I JAMES WOODLAND now residing at The Winterfield Inn in the parish of Paulton, in the licensing district of Temple Cloud, in the said County of Somerset, Beerhouse Keeper, DO HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that it is my intention to apply at the General Annual Licensing Meeting for the said Division to be holden at the Petty Sessional Court House Temple Cloud aforesaid on the 11th day of February next at the hour of eleven o'clock in the forenoon for the grant to me of a justices licence authorising me to apply for and hold an excise licence to sell by retail intoxicating Liquor, viz., wine by retail for consumption either on or off the premises situate in the parish of Paulton aforesaid and known by the sign of "The Winterfield Inn," of which premises Oakhill Brewery Company Limited of 44 Corn Street in the said City of Bristol is the owner and of whom I rent them.
