PAULTON DRIVER FINED

Colin John Evans, of the Lamb Inn, Paulton, was fined 30s and ordered to pay 7s 6d costs at Bath magistrates' court on Tuesday for failing to give precedence to a pedestrian on a zebra crossing in Orange Grove, Bath, on Dec. 12.

It was stated that Evans was driving a car at the time. A police officer said that when he questioned Evans he had no recollection of the incident.
