To BREWERS and MALTSTERS.

To be SOLD by Auction, by Mr. W. HIPPISLEY, At Farringdon Inn, Monday the 4th day of November next, at 5 o'clock in the evening, subject to such conditions as will be then and there produced,

ALL that Substantial and Convenient DWELLING-HOUSE, with the Long-Established and Well-Arranged BREWERY, MALT-HOUSE, Cellars and Yard, all adjoining, in the parish of PAULTON; together with the Garden, Gig-House, Stables, and other Out-Buildings, fit for carrying on the trade of a Brewer and Maltster; the whole in complete repair; and now in the possession of Mr. R. The premises are in fee, and the land-tax redeemed. The present stock of beer, (which is not large), casks, &c. to be taken at a fair valuation.— A moiety of the purchase-money may remain the premises. Mr. Watts will show the premises, of whom, or of Mr. Welsh, solicitor, Wells, further particulars may be had.
