PAULTON - SOMERSET

To be Peremptorily SOLD (in Fee) by AUCTION By Mr RICHARD MORRIS

On Friday, the 19th day of June, 1829, at the Red Lion Inn, Paulton, at five o'clock in the afternoon, in Lots, under conditions there to be produced.

THE Old-Established BREWERY, called NEW TOWN BREWERY, with Dwelling House, Malthouse, Cellars, and other convenient offices adjoining, in excellent repair, with immediate possession.

Also, a convenient FREEHOLD DWELLING HOUSE, Garden, and Offices, at New Town, and sundry Freehold Cottages, Gardens adjoining.

Also, the REVERSION in FEE of divers Cottages and ??? at New Town, with the chief rents payable thereout.

The whole of the above premises are situate at New Town, Paulton, aforesaid, and descriptive particulars thereof, and Lots, may be had at the Brewery, at the place of Sale, and at the principal Inns of the neighbourhood.
