PAULTON INN
To be LET by Tender, from Lady-day nextm for a Term of 14 Years, all that well-accustomed INN, called the RED LION at PAULTON; together with a piece of excellent Meadow Land, containing 9 acres, (more of less,) call the Park.
Also a COTTAGE, Garden, Barn, and Yard, together with 53 Acres (more or less) of Meadow, Pasture and Arable Land, at Paulton aforesaid, and which said premises were in the possession and occupation of Mr. T. A. Hill deceased.
Personal application to be made, or sealed tenders sent (free of postage), to Mr. Fry of Compton House, near Axbridge, Somerset, on or before the 31st day of December instant.
The persons accepted will be infored thereof on or before the 14th day of January, 1828 - Dated 10th Dec. 1827.
