TEMPLE CLOUD. PETTY SESSIONS, TUESDAY.—(Before Mr. Barton Scobell, in the chair; Mr. C. A. Kemble, and Mr. W. W. Kettlewell.)—This was the general annual licensing meeting, and the whole of the licenses were renewed. Only one licensee has been convicted during the year, viz., George Yeates, beerhouse-keeper, Paulton, and it appearing that there were extenuating circumstances in the case, his certificate was granted with an admonition. The license of the King's Arms, Litton, was transferred from Henry Pearce to Richard Pearce.
