By Mr. JAMES COX, at Farrington Inn, on FRIDAY, the 20th day of MARCH 1829, at five o'clock in the afternoon, subject to conditions to be then and there produced, in lots,
Lot 1. ALL the well-arranged BREWERY, with the Malt-House and substantial Dwelling-House, extensive Cellars, large Yard and Garden, with suitable Outbuildings for carrying on an extensive Malting and Brewing Business, together with a Stable, Waggon-House, and Barn adjoining thereto, the whole in excellent repair, and in the possession of Mr. Richard Watts.
Lot 2. Three convenient COTTAGES, adjoining the Brewery, now let at £4 per annum each.
Lot 3. Four COTTAGES, adjoining the last lot, also let at £4 per annum each.
Lot 4. A very convenient DWELLING-HOUSE, suitable for a respectable family, having two parlours, good kitchen, and back kitchen, cellar, five bed rooms, and adjoining offices, and large Garden, together with a Cottage adjoining the said dwelling-house.
Lot 5. Two COTTAGES at the top of New Town, both let at £9 per annum.
Lot 6. Two COTTAGES and GARDEN, adjoining a field called Park, both let at £10 per annum.
Lot 7. Two COTTAGES, opposite the last lot, and adjoining the waggon-house.
The remaining property consists of the Reversion in Fee of Twenty-four COTTAGES, with Gardens; some of the said cottages being at present held by leases for three lives, others on two lives, and some on one life only, each subject to a chief rent. This property will be sold in such suitable lots as shall agreed at the time sale.
The water which supplies the Brewery is of a most excellent quality and the situation of the premises, not inferior to the west England, is distant from Bristol, Bath, Sbepton Mallet, and Wells, ten miles, and the Canal to Bath and Devizes is within a mile of the Brewery. The land tax is redeemed, and immediate possession may be had of the Brewery.
