PAULTON BREWERY, SOMERSET

To be LET, for 5 or 7 years, and entered upon immediately

A Neat and Commodious DWELLING-HOUSE, with the long established and well-arranged BREWERY, Malthouse, and Cellars, all adjoining; together with the Garden, Gighouse, Waggon-house, Stables, and other outbuildings, suitable for carrying on the trade of a Brewer, the whole being in complete repair; is now in the occupation of Mr. Richard Watts, the proprietor, who is about to retire from the business.

The water which supplies the Brewery is of a most excellent quality, and from the local and advantageous situation of the premises a good trade can always be insured. The present stock of Beer, Casks, Horses, Waggons, &c. is to be taken at a fair validation.

Mr. Watts will show the premises, of whom, or of Mr. Welsh, solicitor, Wells, further particulars may be had: all letters must be post paid.
