SOMERSETSHIRE

Valuable Manor, Collieries, Farms, and Inn

At the Red Hart Inn at Clutton, (midway between Bristol and Wells) on Tuesday the 21st day of May 1811, at three o'clock in the afternoon, in ?:

The Freehold and Executive MANOR of PAULTON with the valuable and productive COAL MINES, in full work, under the same; and the several Copyholds, Courts, Rights, and Privileges belonging thereto; the capital INN, called the RED LION, in full business, situate in the village of PAULTON; Two substantial FARM-HOUSES and Homesteads; sundry COTTAGES; and upwards of 550 acres of most excellent Arable, Meadow, and Pasture Land. The principal part let to respectable tenants at will; the remainder on lease.

Printed particulars may be had 21 days previous to sale, at the White Lion, Bath; White Hart, Bristol; Swan, Wells; Bell, Glocester; at Old-Down Inn, at the place of sale; and at Mr. James's office, New Boswell-court, Lincoln's Inn, London, where plans may be seen.
