A Good DWELLING-HOUSE, Gardens, Stable, and requisite Offices, with the Brewery, Cellars. Malthouse, and other Buildings well adapted for Trade, and in good condition, situate at PAULTON, Somerset, and about ten miles from Bath, Bristol, and Wells.
These Premises are all Freehold, and, being in the midst of numerous Collieries, command an increasing Business. The Casks and Brewing Utensils to be taken at a valuation. Some Cottages, for Labourers ,may also be had.
